this hardy variety will grow year round in most climates and produces a lovely compact head. like most lettuces this one is best started in seed trays and transplanted into its final position and can give you a good supply of lettuce if you use succesive planting every two weeks. Will grow best if given 30 cm between plants and 50cm between rows. Like all lettuce varieties this one will need protection against snails and slugs.
